At Beauty Reserve, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:

• Product is unopened and unused
• Original packaging is intact
• Product is in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened skincare products
• Used beauty products
• Products with broken safety seals
• Items missing original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
